Who? Boundary is a genuine, down-to-earth craft brewery from Belfast, Northern Ireland, that puts its own signature on their beers. IPAs, sours, stouts, lagers… they have the guts to do everything and execute it just as well.
Why us? Breweries that have a distinct character of their own always have a place in our beer list. It’s ‘je ne sais quoi’, as it were. They are fun in their own unique way.
Kristof’s favorite beer: “Imbongito, a table beer of 2.5%. A smaller version of Imbongo, a very juicy and tropical IPA. I like beers that are low in alcohol and can still surprise with a big punch of flavor.”
Joos’ favorite beer: “It’s Better The Way It Was, a session IPA of 4.8%. That style always stands out for me at Boundary.”
